SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery date specified for orders shall be the date upon which the garments are ready for dispatch. Any such delivery date is a genuine forecast in the light of current conditions, but is given without legal commitment and the seller takes no responsibility if the seller is unable to meet it.
If any event, act, error or omission, however caused, prevents the company from delivering the garments by the appropriate delivery date, such date will be postponed for a reasonable period by the company. Beyond this period the company may, without liability, cancel the contract for sale of such garments unless the garments have been made or are in the process of being made.

DELIVERY COSTS & TIMES:

Australia: Flat Fee $100.00 AUD

International: Flat Fee $250.00 AUD

Delivery Time: Bridal Gowns will take minimum 6 months production time and once complete, shipping will require approx 3-4 business days. Production completion date will be advised upon order receipt or enquiry.

Please keep in mind these suggested delivery times are simply an estimate and does not take in to consideration weekends, public holidays and unforeseen transit delays. Mariana Hardwick does not take responsibility for any delays caused by delivery services or international customs clearance processes

Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. If you are unsure if your country charges import duties and taxes you should contact your local customs office.  All duties and taxes are payable by the customer.

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted on garments or accessories unless the items are faulty. Any claims must be notified within 7 (seven)
days. If any event, act, error or omission, however caused, prevents the company from delivering the garments by the appropriate
delivery date, such date will be postponed for a reasonable period by the company. Beyond this period the company may, without
liability, cancel the contract for sale of such garments unless the garments have been made or are in the process of being made.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

No refund will be given upon cancellation of a sale unless the company contravenes these conditions of sale. The company retains the
right in its absolute discretion to issue a credit note for the deposit paid on a cancelled sale, subject to production not having started
on an order. Under such circumstances, 30% of the order value will be deducted for administration costs.
